Macos - How do I automate a key press in AppleScript
Thanks for making this, it's very useful. The much harder part was figuring out how to simulate typing the Enter (or Return) key from AppleScript. Copy this file to a secure location, such an encrypted disk image on an external drive. Trying to do something like making a hack for World of Warcraft isn't quite what AppleScript is good at. More Less. Although any single character can be used as a key name, its meaning (scan code or virtual keycode) depends on the current keyboard layout.
